-Where can COVERMENT be used?
You can use it anywhere, either walls or flooring (depending on the surface), indoors or outdoors.
-What is COVERMENT made of?
It is made of real cement and light aggregates, some binders, fibers and water-resistant products.
– Do you sell the adhesive? Which one do you suggest?
No, we don’t. We suggest a regular thin-set.
 -How can I cut COVERMENT?
Use a wet saw, following the manufacturer’s instructions.
– Is COVERMENT for Exterior or Interior use?
Both.
-Should COVERMENT be sealed after the installation?
Depending on where is installed, is recommended to seal the surface against water or oil
– Do COVERMENT need maintenance?
Regular cleaning as need.
– Do you offer free samples?
Yes, contact our office or email us with your request.
– How do I place an order?

-Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we can arrange deliveries with the regular freight companies a commercial cost
-How much does shipping cost?
It depends on the quantity, distance and conditions of the receiving address.
– How long does it take to receive an order?
If materials in stock, we deliver within 24 hours, if a special order, 4- 12 weeks.
– Can I install COVERMENT myself or do I need a contractor/handyman?
Depending on your skills, you can install but is recommended to use a professional installer.
– Is COVERMENT waterproof?
It has some additives inside the mix that reduces the absorption of water but it’s not absolutely waterproof.
– How can I do corners?
The best way is to miter the edges. But can do straight cuts as well.
Do you do special projects? What is the delivery lead time for special projects?
Yes, we can coordinate details for special orders, sizes, designs, etc. Lead time will vary depending on the special details and quantities.
Do you ship to other countries?
Yes, we do.
Do you install COVERMENT?
No, we just provide/supply the material. However, we can suggest which material to choose, based on your needs, and recommend a certified professional.
What are your return and exchange policy?
Will accepts returns, subject that the material is in the original packing, in the same good conditions it was delivered, no more than 30 days from invoice. There will be a charge of 20% for restocking fee.
What types of payment do you accept?
