ECOVER can be cut with any diamond bladed tool or with tin snips (shears).
– Does ECOVER work for exterior uses?
Yes, it does. ECOVER is fire-retardant, water-resistant and the color doesn’t fade. Its use is very versatile.

– What are the advantages of ECOVER vs a regular tile?

There is no need for special maintenance or care, just regular cleaning with water or a mild soap depending on the area installed or if any external elements have affected the surface.
Absolutely yes. We recommend using a waterproofing paint for exterior uses.
– Can I install ECOVER myself or do I need a contractor/handyman?
You can do it by yourself due to its properties, lightweight, easy to cut and install, but if you want a professional finish, we recommend a contractor.
For outdoors, don’t completely joint the two pieces at the corner, Both pieces of product leave out of 2-3 mm from the corner.
Then use the grout bag to do the grouting on the corner edge.
When the grout starts solidifying, use a round steel bar to caulk.
If the grout overflow outside of the material, use a scraper to wipe off the excess grout when the grout is half dry.
You can use a silicone adhesive gun to do the grouting.
45-degree corners
Use the homogeneous and flat pieces.
Using a small grinder to make a 45 chamfer on the back.
When installing it into the wall, paste it with 100% coverage.
Press the corner with hand, if there is a gap or groove, use the same color grout to fill in. If the corner is not flat, level and coarse.
–Do you offer more texture and sizes of options? What is the delivery lead time for special projects?
Yes, we do, we can offer several models and sizes options, based on your designs and ideas. The approximately lead time will be between 2 to 4 months
No, we just provide/supply the material. However, we can suggest which material to choose, based on your needs, and recommend a certified professional.
What are your return and exchange policy?
Will accepts returns, subject that the material is in the original packing, in the same good conditions it was delivered, no more than 30 days from invoice. There will be a charge of 20% for restocking fee.
