-What is ULTRASTONE<\/a> made of?<\/em><\/strong><\/h5>\r\nIt is made of 100% real stone.\r\n
- Do you sell the adhesive? Which one do you suggest?<\/em><\/strong><\/h5>\r\nNo, we don\u2019t.\r\n\r\nWe suggest using the proper adhesive following the manufacturer\u2019s instructions according to the substrate to be applied.\r\n\r\nExamples: Acrylic copolymer, Polyurethane wood glues, PU construction grade adhesives, Epoxy, Construction grade multi-purpose adhesive.\r\n\r\n-How can I cut ULTRASTONE<\/a>?<\/em><\/strong>\r\n\r\nCutting straight lines and curves is best done using a wet saw with a diamond blade.\u00a0 You can also use a long nose tin snip.\r\n\r\nSee this video: ULTRASTONE installation video\u00a0<\/a>\r\n
- Is ULTRASTONE<\/a> for Exterior or Interior use?<\/em><\/strong><\/h5>\r\nULTRASTONE is suitable for interior and exterior use. It can be adapted to any shape from curves to edges and the applications are endless.\r\n
- Is ULTRASTONE<\/a> fire rated?<\/em><\/h5>\r\nIt is a fireproof natural product (B1 rated fire Certification).\r\n
- Should ULTRASTONE<\/a> be sealed after the installation?<\/em><\/strong><\/h5>\r\nIt is best to pre-seal Ultrastone sheets prior to the installation, but can also be sealed after. This protects and seals the face from adhesives and grout during application and handling. Ultrastone can be sealed with the same sealers used for stone.\r\n
- Do ULTRASTONE<\/a> need maintenance?<\/em><\/strong><\/h5>\r\nThere is no need for maintenance, only if dirty, use a brush, vacuum, or mild soap with water.\r\n
- Do you offer free samples?<\/em><\/strong><\/h5>\r\nYes, please contact us, fill out the form in our webpage or go to this link:\u00a0order samples online<\/a>\r\n
- How do I place an order?<\/em><\/strong><\/h5>\r\nSend us your request by email or call our office\r\n
-Do you offer delivery?<\/em><\/strong><\/h5>\r\nYes, we can arrange deliveries with regular freight companies at a commercial cost.\r\n
-How much does shipping cost?<\/em><\/strong><\/h5>\r\nIt depends on the quantity, distance and conditions of the receiving address.\r\n
- How long does it take to receive an order?<\/em><\/strong><\/h5>\r\nIf materials in stock, we deliver within 24 hours, if a special order, 4- 12 weeks.\r\n\r\n- Can I install ULTRASTONE<\/a> myself or do I need a contractor\/handyman?<\/em><\/strong>\r\n\r\nYou can install by yourself.\r\n
-Is ULTRASTONE<\/a> waterproof?<\/em><\/strong><\/h5>\r\nThe surface of the Ultrastone is a natural stone, but the backing or support is fiberglass which is 100% waterproof. Can seal the surface to avoid staining and must close the gaps between each sheet to avoid water passing through, only in wet areas.\r\n
- How can I do corners?<\/em><\/strong><\/h5>\r\nMake sure you cut straight and place as close as possible, just easy the edges with a soft sandpaper\r\n
-Do you do special projects? What is the delivery lead time for special projects?<\/em><\/strong><\/h5>\r\nYes, we can arrange for special needs, quantities, and selection for the same batch or similar veining and color. Delivery time upon project specifications.\r\n
Do you ship to other countries?<\/em><\/strong><\/h5>\r\nYes, we do.\r\n
Do you install ULTRASTONE?<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/h5>\r\nNo, we just provide\/supply the material. However, we can suggest which material to choose, based on your needs, and recommend a certified professional.\r\n
What are your return and exchange policy?<\/em><\/strong><\/h5>\r\nWill accepts returns, subject that the material is in the original packing, in the same good conditions it was delivered, no more than 30 days from invoice. There will be a charge of 20% for restocking fee\r\n
